Offset Exterior Services is seeking a Marketing Representative to support customer outreach in residential areas. In this role, you will introduce our exterior cleaning services to homeowners and help schedule appointments for estimates.

This is a performance-based role suited for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and comfortable speaking with new people.

Pay

Commission-based compensation. Earnings are based on the number of qualified leads or booked jobs generated.

Work Hours

Flexible hours available, including weekdays and weekends

Duties

- Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Explain company services in a clear and professional manner
- Generate leads and schedule estimate appointments
- Distribute marketing materials when required




- Track and report leads to the team
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work independently
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
