Our client is looking for a detail-focused Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position supports high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining accurate employee records and delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Support the HR team with recruitment activities and employee file administration.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
Support high-volume hiring and recruitment targets across various roles and departments.
Conduct candidate assessments and collaborate with hiring managers to identify qualified applicants.
Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks and documentation.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee and recruitment records.
Provide a qualified and responsive experience for candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with general HR administration, filing, reporting, and document processing as required.

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR administration, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR/recruitment systems such as ADP, ATS, or CRM platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal,



and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
Experience with onboarding, candidate sourcing, and job fairs is an asset.
