Shift: Afternoon Shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (42 hours/week)

We are currently hiring an Industrial Cutting Technician (Machine Operating) for a reputable manufacturing company in Mississauga. This is a full time, hands-on position for individuals who have experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate industrial cutting and production equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

- Machine operating experience is required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong attention to detail




- Forklift/Tow Motor experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
