Atripco Delivery Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate / Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics workplace. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service.

As the Warehouse Associate / Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer requirements, and leading a team to meet daily operational goals while maintaining a secure and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Receive inbound freight, inspect shipments, verify quantities, and accurately process all receiving documentation.
- Label, sort, organize, and stage products on pallets/skids and throughout the warehouse for efficient storage and dispatch.
- Utilize warehouse management systems, courier software, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet to accurately enter, verify, and maintain operational data.
- Perform regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and provide timely inventory updates to customers through system reports and Smartsheet.
- Coordinate and oversee customer-specific pick and pack operations, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving undeliverable shipments, missed scans, missing freight, shipment discrepancies, and damaged products.
- Assess product quality concerns and report shipment discrepancies or damages to management and respective customers promptly.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10+ people to achieve daily productivity and performance targets.




- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service teams, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by keeping workstations, pallet areas, shelves, shipping, and supply areas in compliance with company safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as required.

Experience:

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Experience using warehouse management systems, courier software, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience
