The Fun Physio Team is now seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to join our multi-disciplinary practice in North Oshawa. Our award-winning team is dedicated to working together to create a welcoming setting of healing and self improvement.

Reporting to the Patient Experience Manager, the Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a strong relationship between the clinic practitioners and patients. Using exceptional customer service and multitasking skills the PEC provides administrative support, and maintains clinic flow in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities

- Optimizing patient experience by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills with every interaction
- Answering telephone inquiries, greeting patients upon arrival, and responding to all questions or concerns courteously and efficiently
- Booking patients, collecting intake information, and utilizing practitioner schedules
- Collecting payments, and submitting to third-party payors such as Extended Health Care providers

Qualifications





- Post-secondary diploma/certificate in office or medical administration, sales, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic, or other clinical environment
- Working knowledge of JANE APP is an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment and complete tasks efficiently
- Self starter, takes initiative.

PLEASE NOTE: Opportunity is P/T - 2+ shifts a week (evening and biweekly Saturday shifts). Please note: More shifts may become available.
