Autorama is looking for motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants to join our team.

We serve a diverse customer base throughout Toronto and the GTA and are looking to expand our team with sales professionals who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in automotive and used vehicle sales.

Additional Language Skills:

In addition to English, the ability to communicate professionally in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset:

- Tagalog
- Turkish
- Arabic
- Spanish
- Somali
- Vietnamese

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing used vehicles
- Respond to incoming internet leads, phone calls and showroom inquiries
- Conduct qualified vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing sales leads
- Build relationships and develop repeat and referral business
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to provide a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the dealership’s CRM system

- Automotive sales, car sales or dealership experience is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered
