Finance Manager – Automotive

Lakeside Ford is looking for a driven, professional Finance Manager to join our team in Slave Lake.

We are a locally owned Ford dealership with a strong customer base, a solid reputation in our community, and a management team focused on growing the business. We’re looking for someone who knows how to maximize every opportunity while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

The Role

As our Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager, General Manager and sales team to take customers from vehicle purchase through financing, protection products, contracting and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Securing competitive financing and leasing approvals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and automotive lenders
- Presenting extended service plans, appearance protection, insurance and other F&I; products
- Structuring deals to maximize approvals, profitability and customer value
- Ensuring contracts and funding packages are accurate and completed promptly
- Following all AMVIC, lender, dealership and regulatory requirements
- Managing contracts in transit and ensuring deals are funded quickly
- Supporting both new and used vehicle transactions
- Working with the sales team to improve deal quality and customer retention
- Maintaining a professional, transparent and comfortable buying experience

What We're Looking For

Automotive F&I; experience is preferred,



but we will consider a strong automotive sales professional ready to move into the business office.

- Comfortable working with lenders and negotiating approvals
- Motivated by performance and earning potential
- Able to balance profitability with customer satisfaction
