Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Thunder Bay. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused primarily on production welding and saw cutting. While you will handle occasional local deliveries and general shop tasks, your main day-to-day responsibility will be welding and fabricating, working independently on smaller projects while supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities

- Perform full time welding tasks on structural or production components as your primary duty.

Qualifications

- Valid CWB License (Canadian Welding Bureau certification is strictly required)
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean abstract for occasional deliveries.




- Solid basic knowledge of welding techniques, saw operation and blueprint layout.
- Ability to work independently on smaller tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina required for heavy lifting, loading materials and standing for long shifts.

Pay: $20.48-$39.61 per hour
