Take Ownership. Keep Things Moving. Make an Impact.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in ownership, organization, and getting things done.

As our Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse, yard, shop, and logistics operations running smoothly every day. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and likes being the person others count on to keep materials, equipment, and projects moving.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk or doing the same task every day. One day you may be organizing inventory and supplying production materials to the shop floor. The next, you could be coordinating freight shipments, making deliveries with a pickup and trailer, maintaining the yard, or supporting facility improvement projects.

You'll also provide day-to-day direction and support to a small team of warehouse associates, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is primarily a working role where leadership is demonstrated by leading through action, organization, and accountability.

If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making a meaningful contribution to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and documentation processes.
- Assist in ensuring projects and materials are shipped accurately and on schedule.

Transportation & Deliveries

- Operate a company pickup truck and flatbed trailer to transport materials, equipment, and products.
- Safely tow, maneuver, and back trailers in a variety of environments.
- Conduct vehicle and trailer inspections before and after use.
- Properly secure loads using approved cargo securement methods, including straps, chains, binders, and edge protection.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, cargo securement requirements, and company safety standards.
- Represent the company professionally during deliveries, pickups, and customer interactions.

Facility & Yard Support

- Assist with the day-to-day upkeep of the warehouse, shop, yard, and property.
- Perform routine building maintenance and facility support tasks.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support housekeeping, yard maintenance, property upkeep, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working workplace.

Team Support

- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a small team of warehouse associates.
- Assist with task prioritization and workflow coordination.
- Lead by example through active participation in daily operations.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and respect.

Safety

- Follow and promote all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, trailers, and work areas.
- Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help foster a strong safety-first culture across all operations.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

- You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
