Overview
We have 2 positions available for a Baker and Salesperson! We are seeking passionate humans that do not require babysitting. The ideal candidate will have strong background in food preparation and handling, with a particular focus on baking. *However* experience is not necessary. We hire based on attitude. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will show up for the team. This is a fairly physical job.

Job requires a clean drivers licence and the ability to lift 40lbs. You will be on your feet and moving stuff around.

Duties

- Baking and packaging! We will show you how.
- Sales in a qualified manner. We will show you how. You will be trained on how to sell our product at an event. You will be trained on how to load a company vehicle for an event, set up for an event and run that event. Woot!
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Package finished products for display or sale,



ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.

Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines in a busy setting.
- A passion for the culinary arts and an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.
