As a Baker, you’ll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving our delectable cookies.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Prepare, package, and serve cookies according to Crumbl’s high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store and work areas.
- Assist with baking, decorating, stocking, and food preparation.
- Adhere to proper food storage, labelling, and food safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with your team during busy shifts.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
- Complete opening, closing, and other assigned duties.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

This is a full-time position, approximately 30–40 hours per week. We strongly prefer candidates available for closing shifts:

- Monday–Thursday: Available to close until 1:00 AM.
- Friday–Saturday: Available to close until 2:00 AM.
- Morning shifts: Also available.

Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required.
