Back2Life Physiotherapy is a new, modern physiotherapy clinic in Winnipeg dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and motivated Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) / Administrative Receptionist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative / Reception

- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Assist with direct billing and insurance-related administrative tasks
- Assist with clinic forms, scanning, filing, and general administrative duties
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front-desk area

Physiotherapy Assistant

- Assist the physiotherapist with patient flow and treatment-room preparation
- Assist with modalities and exercises as directed by the physiotherapist and within the appropriate scope of the role
- Clean and disinfect equipment and treatment surfaces
- Maintain treatment supplies, linens, and general clinic organization

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a physiotherapy, rehabilitation, medical, or healthcare clinic is an asset
- PTA or rehabilitation assistant education/experience is an asset
- Reception or administrative experience is an asset
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning clinic-management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and patient-focused
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the clinical team

Experience with Jane App, direct billing, Manitoba Blue Cross, MPI, WCB, and extended health insurance would be considered a strong asset, but training can be provided.
