Responsibilities

- Remove, install, balance, and repair wheels and tires using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify tire wear, damage, or mechanical issues related to wheels and suspension components.
- Perform heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely while adhering to proper safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Assist customers by explaining repairs or maintenance needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment used for tire mounting and balancing to ensure optimal performance.




- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire options or accessories based on customer needs.

Experience

- Prior dealership experience or background working in an automotive repair shop is highly preferred.
- Proven mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of automotive systems, especially related to wheels, tires, and suspension components.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools such as lug wrenches, impact guns, tire changers, and balancing machines.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and maintenance practices is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
