Job requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flat Roofing Foreman.
- Willing and capable of leading a crew of up to 8 employees.
- Strong working knowledge of SBS and Hot Asphalt roofing systems and installation methods.
- Red Seal Journeyperson certification is an asset but not required.
- Experience completing site safety inspections and safety paperwork; SiteDocs experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be flexible with working hours and willing to accommodate project requirements.
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and a good driving record.
