We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering exceptional service to all customers. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end.
- Conduct product demos when applicable, showcasing features to encourage sales and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout flow and customer satisfaction.
- Use robust communication skills to inform customers about promotions, store policies, and new products.




- Demonstrate basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management support.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries.

Qualifications

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising techniques.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently during shifts.
- Experience in upselling products or services to maximize sales opportunities is a plus.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.85-$17.95 per hour
