We are a busy physiotherapy clinic in Mississauga looking for a highly skilled, motivated and organized receptionist for our fast paced Physiotherapy clinic. You must be computer literate and having experience in WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident billing is a huge asset. Some of the qualifications we are looking for include:

-Knowledge of verification of patient insurance benefits and medical billing procedures.
-Highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to multitask effectively.
-Excellent customer service skills and exhibits positive attitude.
-Works well with others and completes tasks in a timely matter.
-Presents self in a qualified manner with regards to behaviour, attire, telephone courtesy, verbal and written communication.
-Must be able to work well without constant supervision and demonstrates strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.





Duties will include:

-Greeting patients and providing an excellent first impression of the clinic.
-Check in/out patients and coordinate patient flow throughout the facility.
-Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients on a daily basis.
-Open file for new patients and input all documents into our system.
-Ensures all non-clinical work for health care practitioners and patient encounters run smoothly.
