The Opportunity

We’re a locally owned and operated Weed Man Lawn Care business. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, positive people who enjoy talking to customers, working toward goals, and being part of a high-performing team.

You will travel with your team to local assigned residential neighbourhoods, speak with homeowners and offer a free, no-obligation lawn-care quote. Your job is to create interest, collect accurate customer information and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.

You will not collect payments or close the final sale. However, this is a performance-focused role that requires confident communication, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection positively. The pay is an hourly base, plus commission.

Most of the work is performed outdoors and involves walking for several hours during afternoon and early evening shifts.

What You’ll Do

- Travel with the team to assigned residential neighbourhoods.
- Introduce homeowners to Weed Man and our lawn-care services.
- Offer free, no-obligation lawn-care quotes.
- Ask questions and identify potential customer needs.
- Answer basic questions and respond to initial objections.
- Collect accurate customer and property information.
- Enter leads and interaction outcomes into a mobile tablet system.
- Distribute approved promotional materials and door hangers.
- Meet daily and weekly activity, contact, and qualified-lead targets.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team performance check-ins.
- Represent Weed Man professionally in every neighbourhood.

- Able to work outdoors in varying seasonal weather.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Clean CPICs are required for local licensing.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, canvassing, fundraising or marketing is an asset, but it is not required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

A valid driver’s licence is required only for employees assigned to operate a company vehicle.
