Our mission is simple: to help every student fulfil their potential. We’re growing quickly and looking for passionate individuals who share our vision. You’ll join a team that collaborates with our education partners across the globe, working together to make a difference.

The Role

As the Onboarding and Integrations Specialist, you will support both the pre-sale and post-sale technical onboarding of customers onto the Kortext platform. Following comprehensive internal training, you will maintain and contribute to integration documentation, support internal training and enablement, and assist with integration troubleshooting processes. Your responsibilities will span two core functions: onboarding delivery and integration support, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all customers.

This role involves direct customer engagement, including pre-sale scoping calls and post-sale onboarding meetings, where you will ensure integration solutions are clearly understood, technically sound, and effectively implemented. In addition, you will support Customer Operations & Onboarding Specialists by sharing guidance on standard integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices. You will help maintain operational standards and support consistent delivery.

As a member of the Customer Operations team, you will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, cross-team projects, and day-to-day operational support as business needs require.
