We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behaviour Intervention Worker to provide individualized support to children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one behavioural intervention and mentoring
- Support emotional regulation, social skills, routines, and life skills
- Implement individualized behaviour-support strategies
- Provide parent coaching and practical family support
- Work with clients in home, community, and agency settings
- Complete skilled case notes and documentation
- Use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Behaviour intervention experience preferred
- Trauma-informed training, experience, or background strongly preferred
- Experience with children, youth, and families with complex needs
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check required
- First Aid/CPR

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
