Operations and Support Technician

- Location: Québec city - Onsite
- Pay Rate: $25/hr
- Contract Length: 9 months

We at Raise are hiring a Operations and Support Technician for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Responsibilities:

- Daily production of driver’s licenses and health insurance cards in accordance with the service level agreement.
- Ensure quality service delivery in compliance with Thales standards.
- Support and maintain production equipment installed at the client’s site.
- Perform preventive and general maintenance.
- Provide the client and Thales with various accurate daily and monthly reports.
- Escalate technical issues that cannot be resolved through standard operations to the appropriate technical resources.
- Document problem-solving and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in client training as required.
- Maintain a healthy and protected work environment by following and implementing standards and procedures. Comply with legal regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors
- Experience in customer relations and delivering customer-focused service
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- French language skills
- English language skills considered an asset
- Availability to work rotating shifts (AM/PM) and/or work overtime




- Experience in Information Technology (IT) and/or the printing industry considered an asset
- Education: Secondary V or equivalent
