Overview:

L'otus Cake Boutique is currently seeking an experienced Bread Baker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent baking skills, a passion for creativity, and expertise in preparing a variety of baked goods, with a strong focus on bread baking. Flexibility to work early mornings, as well as Thursdays to Sundays, are required.

Responsibilities:

- Baking a variety of breads and cakes.
- Ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following recipes and using baking equipment properly.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in bread baking, with skills in dough kneading and bread shaping
- Familiar with the basic bread-making processes, including dough handling, fermentation, and shaping
- Food Safe Level 1 is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and passionate about the work
- Able to work flexible hours,



including early mornings, and Thursdays to Sundays
- Positive attitude and team player with positive collaboration skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
