Absinthe Bistro, a French neighbourhood bistro on Commercial Drive, is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking person to join our kitchen team.

No experience necessary — we will train the right person.

You’ll help with:

- Food preparation
- Assisting the cooks during service
- Plating and simple kitchen tasks
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean
- Restocking and opening/closing

We’re looking for someone who is positive, willing to learn, works well with others, and is comfortable in a busy kitchen.

Restaurant experience and Food Protected are an asset but not required.

Full-time or part-time| Wednesday to Sunday | Starting at 1:00 PM until close. Great for someone studying part -time.
Location: Commercial Drive, Vancouver
