You:
We are looking for an organized scheduler who loves helping people and making things run smoothly. You will make sure TLC Nursing and Homecare Ltd. clients get the care they need on time, and that our home support workers feel supported and valued. You are great at solving problems, supporting people, and finding smart, new ways to support schedules and improve lives across St. John’s Metro and surrounding area. You want to bring fresh ideas and help make TLC the best it can be.

What You'll Do
- Create and support good matches between home support workers and clients.
- Handle all scheduling, both short and long-term, and track caregiver availability.
- Make sure client schedules are fulfilled so they get all the care hours they are approved for.
- Talk with clients and home support workers, answering calls, being responsive, providing great customer service.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date digital client and employee files.
- Help with after-hours scheduling in a shared rotation (evenings and every other weekend).
What You Bring
- Relevant Work History: 2 + years of experience in scheduling, staffing or customer service.
- Care Experience: Experience or training in health care, social work, or community services considered an asset.
- Attention to Detail: You are organized and precise, making sure nothing is missed.
- People-First: You build trust with families and Caregivers through clear, kind communication.
- Good with Tech: Experience with digital cloud based scheduling software, CRM tools, and other digital apps.
- Team Player: You work well with others, take ownership of your results, and jump in to solve problems.
