Aventura Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our Calgary Mall Sales Team, representing one of Canada’s largest energy providers.

This is an indoor retail sales position — no door-to-door sales and no cold calling. You’ll speak with shoppers, understand their needs, explain available home energy options and help customers complete their enrollment.

Pay: $17–$25/hour including hourly pay, commission and bonuses

What You’ll Do

- Speak with customers at our mall retail locations
- Explain available products, plans and promotions
- Complete customer enrollments using a tablet
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers




- Motivated by sales, commission and bonuses
- Reliable, professional and positive attitude
- Available full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to successfully pass a background verification
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
