On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Job Description:
The project involves the Next Generational Leads program, a data-driven initiative that is a key component of the distribution strategy. It is designed to enhance how Commercial advisors deliver insights and engage with clients.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Responsibilities:

- Support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities.
- Assist with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution.
- Be assigned to other strategic projects within the business as required to support organizational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management.
- Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles.




- Knowledge of Commercial Banking products.
- Experience in business analytics and insights.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python.
- Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling.
- Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis.
- Robust analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
