Hybrid | Vaughan + Virtual Across Ontario | Part-Time / Independent Contractor
Join a warm, collaborative practice where you can focus on the work you love.
Soul Prism Therapy is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Child & Youth Therapist to our team.
We’re looking for a warm, creative, and thoughtful therapist who genuinely enjoys working with children and young people and understands that therapy with children often looks a little different.
Sometimes therapy happens through conversation. Sometimes it happens through play, art, movement, storytelling, games, or simply creating a space where a child finally feels comfortable enough to be themselves.
We would love to connect with a therapist who can meet children where they are, build strong therapeutic relationships, and thoughtfully involve parents or caregivers when appropriate.
At Soul Prism Therapy, our therapists are supported by administrative systems, referrals, consultation opportunities, and a collaborative team so that they can spend more of their energy doing what they do best: supporting their clients.
Why Join Soul Prism Therapy?
We want our therapists to experience the independence and flexibility of private practice while still feeling connected to a team.
You’ll have access to:
- Competitive compensation
- Referrals to help you develop and grow your caseload
- Dedicated administrative and client-care support
- Regular consultation and supervision opportunities
- Team meetings and opportunities to connect with other therapists
- A collaborative environment where questions and clinical conversations are welcomed
- Flexible scheduling
- Virtual psychotherapy across Ontario
- In-person opportunities in Vaughan/Concord
- A modern, light-filled therapy space with free parking and convenient access near Vaughan Mills
- Practice systems, marketing, administration, and operational support
We are building a practice where therapists can work independently while still having people around them to consult with, learn from, and feel connected to.
