Genie Heating and Cooling is a trusted local HVAC company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We offer reliable heating and air conditioning services year-round, prioritizing quality, comfort, and customer satisfaction in our community.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized freelance team member to support our billing and service order operations. Day to day tasks will include dispatching calls to technicians and filling out invoices for billing.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch service work orders to technicians promptly
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints by coordinating with technicians
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for each service task through the internal company portal
- Manage the general mailbox and promptly respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administration or service coordination, ideally for a contractor, is preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC terminology and workflow is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have access to your own office equipment (Internet, laptop and smartphone)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Company Size: 1-10 Employees

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
