We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various industrial machinery, performing quality control, and ensuring efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong. Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am (must be flexible to work all shifts)
Pay rate: $18.00/hr -$20.00/hr, plus 4% vacation pay
Responsibilities
- Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Assist with assembly of products when required
- Engage in machining, assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper documentation of production activities.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Assist with assembly of products when required.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Robust understanding of quality control standards and inspection procedures.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during setup and operation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and ability to recognize potential hazards..
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production or machining environments preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards.
