Osler Bluff Ski Club, a private ski club nestled near Georgian Bay, is partnering with the Food Dudes, one of Toronto’s top caterers, to provide an elevated clubhouse experience. We are seeking servers who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service to our club members.

This role receives pay plus tips.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge in menu offerings and accompaniments
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience
- Process payments and ensure accuracy of orders
- Full understanding and compliance of all restaurant policies and service procedures
- Arrive to shift on time in a clean, pressed uniform adhering to the company's uniform policy
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of floor and server side stations.
- Communicate to management any deficiencies
- Prepare floor for service daily in compliance with restaurants opening duties
- Replenish supplies and maintain stock at server stations throughout shift
- Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
- Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned

Qualifications:





- Previous experience as a server or cashier in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Smart Serve certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Blue Mountains, ON
