Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer/Tiler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster finishes and installing tiles across various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion for plaster and tiles
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision, ensuring smooth finishes that meet project specifications
- Install a variety of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, stone, or glass on floors, walls, and backsplashes using appropriate techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to accurately execute design plans and measurements
- Use hand tools such as trowels, levels, chisels, and saws to cut, shape, and install materials efficiently
- Perform flooring installation tasks when required, including leveling subfloors and laying tile or other flooring materials




- Conduct caulking around fixtures and joints to ensure watertight seals and professional finishes
- Collaborate with carpenters, general contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and project timelines

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on plastering and tiling projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools essential for surface preparation and installation tasks
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading to accurately follow project plans
- Experience with flooring installation techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with caulking methods to achieve seamless finishes
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various building tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in rapid-paced environments
