Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Execute hot and cold dishes, properly following recipe and plating guidelines.
- Organize and restock throughout service to ensure proper mise en place.
- Support daily kitchen prep by assisting with basic food prep or tasks when needed
- Take out garbage, recycling, and compost as required
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Report any equipment or safety issues to management promptly

Education & Qualifications

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and team atmosphere




- Demonstrates ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Able to meet physical demands of environment, stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
