Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in hospital, home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses, adhering to medical protocols and medication administration guidelines
- Perform clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, wound care, pain management interventions, and laboratory specimen collection with precision and professionalism
- Utilize electronic health records systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans for patients with complex needs, including dementia care and senior care considerations
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medication usage,



and self-care strategies tailored to pediatric and adult populations
- Assist with medical office tasks when needed, including scheduling appointments and maintaining medical supplies

Requirements

- Valid nursing license with current registration in the applicable state or region
- Proven experience in hospital settings with acute care exposure; familiarity with Epic or Cerner EMR systems is highly preferred
- Strong background in patient care across various specialties such as pediatrics, senior care, dementia care, or assisted living environments
- Hands-on experience in pain management techniques and case management practices for diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and laboratory procedures including phlebotomy
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with healthcare teams and educate patients of all ages
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining compassionate patient-centered care
