Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a talented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team at Britannia Animal Hospital. This is a full-time role with Saturdays.

As a Client Care Representative, you will ensure outstanding in clinic experience and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities will revolve around being the primary point of contact for our clients and pets, making sure their needs are met and fostering strong relationships while ensuring smooth and quality clinic experiences.

Qualifications

- We are looking for candidates who have a true passion for their work, love customer service, ideally have some experience in veterinary practice or a similar industry and are willing to learn and grow with us.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team are key.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts effectively will be another important skill set for success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
