The Canadian Automobile Association is federation of eight Clubs providing 7 million Members with exceptional emergency roadside service, complete automotive and travel services, Member savings and comprehensive insurance services. CAA also advocates on issue of concern to its Members and all Canadians, including road safety, the environment, mobility, infrastructure, and consumer protection.
Reporting to Senior Manager, Partnerships and Data Strategy, we are seeking a Partnerships & Data Support Specialist to support both partner account management and day-to-day reporting and data requests across the Partnerships team. The role is remote based, Calgary, Edmonton, GTA and Ottawa based candidates preferred. The Partnerships & Data Strategy team drives growth and member value through strategic partnerships and data-informed decisions. This role combines partner support, marketing, reporting, and data enablement responsibilities, serving as a key operational resource for strategic partner programs and business reporting needs.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working across both account coordination and data/reporting tools. This individual will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, balancing partner-facing activities with recurring analytics and reporting support (AI fluency is key). This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and timely delivery of partner and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Account Support
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day Club and partner requests, escalating strategic issues as needed.
- Coordinate partner issue resolution and stakeholder follow-up for timely execution.
- Review and coordinate partner marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and program alignment.
- Support campaign planning and execution across Clubs, partners, and agency teams.
- Coordinate agency deliverables including creative development, translations, briefs, etc.
- Maintain partner-facing resources: websites, offers, dashboards, and program materials.
- Support Club meetings, partner communications, status reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Assist with operational troubleshooting and issue resolution as required.
Data & Reporting Support
- Lead recurring reporting, performance tracking, and routine data requests.
- Execute and maintain Genie queries, reporting templates, dashboards, and documentation.
- Develop partner performance reports, campaign results, and business insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and other teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews, incentive reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain reporting methodologies, data documentation, and query libraries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Process & Team Support
- Coordinate reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery of team commitments.
- Maintain organized repositories for reports, presentations, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
- Provide operational support across the Partnerships & Data Strategy team while managing competing priorities.
Education and Experience
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, marketing, loyalty, CRM, analytics, or business operations.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel.
- Experience preparing performance reports, presentations, and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Loyalty, retail, financial services, travel, or CRM experience is considered an asset

Compensation
- $63,000 - $73,000 annual salary range

Pay: $63,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
