Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 1 and Class 5 trucks equipped with airbrakes to transport freight efficiently across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 or Class 5 driver’s license with airbrakes endorsement
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently




- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and transportation regulations
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks as required

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

- Commercial driving: 1 year (preferred)
