Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our appliance sales team.

This position combines retail sales, customer service, computer-based tasks, and hands-on store and warehouse responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable spending extended periods working on a computer, enjoys helping customers, and is willing to assist with physical tasks, including moving appliances, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online.
- Recommend appliances and help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and process payments.
- Follow up with customers and help close sales.

Computer & Administrative Tasks

- Create and update appliance listings on our website and other online platforms.
- Manage inventory records, product information, and pricing.
- Use various software applications to manage customer inquiries, orders, and sales.
- Perform daily computer-based tasks accurately and efficiently.

Store & Warehouse Operations

- Keep the showroom and warehouse clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing appliances.
- Help customers and coworkers safely load and unload appliances.
- Assist with appliance pickups and other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements





- Valid driver's license (mandatory).
- Strong computer skills and ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable spending extended periods working on a computer.
- Willing and able to assist with physically demanding tasks, including safely moving heavy appliances with appropriate equipment and assistance.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous sales or appliance industry experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation: $20-$35 depending (includes net salary +commision)

Schedule: 3-5 days a week.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
