Position: Warehouse & Quality Control Officer
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Auto Workforces Inc. is looking for a Warehouse & Quality Control Officer to support warehouse operations, inventory management, order preparation, and quality control for automotive equipment and parts.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, pick, and prepare automotive equipment and parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory, model numbers, serial numbers, and order records.
- Prepare and verify customer orders before shipment or delivery.
- Coordinate QC inspections with technicians and follow up on outstanding inspections.
- Ensure QC checklists and documentation are completed before order release.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.
- Manage returns, warranty items, and defective equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Order Desk, Technical Support, Sales, and Administration teams.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, order processing, or quality control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory/order systems.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to safely handle equipment and packages.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
