Blush Medi Spa is seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician/Lash Extension Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in skincare and beauty services, with a robust focus on providing exceptional client care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive spa setting and is committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, lash extensions, nail care, and other advanced skincare treatments.
- Massage services are an asset, though not required.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times, following health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products to enhance results.
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and hospitality.
- Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Assist with inventory management and contribute to daily spa operations.




- Uphold a positive, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Valid esthetics license or certification as per provincial requirements.
- Previous experience in lash extensions, facials, waxing, and nail care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products is a bonus.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation protocols.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation

- Pay Structure: Hourly or commission – whichever is greater per day.
- Rate: Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
- Additional performance-based incentives and retail commission available.
