Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Support the food service team by ensuring timely meal preparation during busy hours
- Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes with attention to detail
- Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards for all menu items
- Follow all food safety protocols,



including proper handling of raw ingredients and adherence to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient meal delivery

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling procedures is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment demonstrates your ability to stay organized under pressure
