Crystal Care Residential Clean is seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking House Cleaners to join our expanding team across the Cowichan Valley. We are hiring 6 full-time staff to form two new 4-person cleaning crews.
The ideal candidates are passionate about creating clean, welcoming environments for our clients, bring a hospitality mindset to customer service, and thrive in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Residential & Commercial Cleaning:
Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Home Detailing & Bed Making: Organize and tidy up client living spaces, including making beds and refreshing linens with a high standard of care.
- Teamwork: Collaborate efficiently within a 4 person crew to complete scheduled client sites within designated timeframes.
- Client Hospitality: Interact professionally with clients, delivering exceptional customer service with a welcoming, hospitality mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
