We are a French patisserie and cafe which makes everything from scratch on site. We specialize in making viennoiserie (croissants and danishes), desserts and cakes.

We are looking for an experience Baker with minimum 1 years experience working in a bakery or a similar setting working in the Mark location 1007 8 St SW.

Job Requirements

- Responsible for morning bakeoff with starting time at 5:30 to 6:00.
- Responsible for making various fillings such as pastry cream.
- Responsible for production of sheet cakes and assembly of desserts
- Assist in decorating chiffon cakes
- Maintain inventory and order supplies when require
- Must be able to lift 20kg
- Must be able to work independently in a quick and efficient manner
- Must be able to work in a team
- General cleaning of work station and work area
- Must be reliable for morning bakeoffs
- Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, policies and practices
- Available to work mornings, days and weekends

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
