Job Overview

We are currently hiring Full-Time General Labour Associates for a warehouse in Richmond Hill, ON. This is a physically demanding role that requires hardworking, reliable, and committed individuals who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Successful candidates must have their own reliable transportation, be fluent in English, and be available to commit to the position for at least 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs or more) on a regular basis.
- Safely operate a pump truck (pallet jack) to transport products and pallets.
- Organize, stack, and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement





- ✔ Must have a reliable car to travel to and from work.
- ✔ Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and understanding instructions).
- ✔ Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- ✔ Must know how to safely operate a pump truck (pallet jack).
- ✔ Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- ✔ Must be able to commit to working for a minimum of 4–6 months.
- ✔ Previous warehouse or general labour experience is considered an asset.
