Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and advantages, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and POS transactions, ensuring smooth checkout processes.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items effectively.
- Offer bilingual support when needed to serve a diverse customer base better.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, phone etiquette,



and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or related fields involving product demonstrations.
- Strong technical sales background with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently.
- Bilingual abilities in English and additional languages are highly desirable to connect with a broader clientele.
- Familiarity with merchandising standards, cash handling procedures, and POS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions and inventory management.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in upselling techniques, cashiering, and maintaining professional phone etiquette is a plus.
