This is a foundational role supporting the growth of Samyang Canada and helping build the processes, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment needed to expand our presence in the Canadian market.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in our Toronto office with a hybrid work model.

Position Summary:

The Sales and Operations Analyst will serve as the connective tissue for all Sales, Supply Chain, and Distribution initiatives and insights. This role enables the business to scale efficiently by coordinating internal processes, running numerical performance reports, gap reports, creating insight tools, managing administrative workflows, facilitating order submission and inventory management, and ensuring a smooth operational pathway is maintained with our RTM providers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of providing high-quality support in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment, supporting the Canada BU to maintain speed, clarity, and coordination as it expands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create analytical reporting processes on all quantitative metrics within our business.





- Identify key gaps in performance and clearly communicate opportunities to sales and operations teams.

- Provide administrative support across multiple functions and departments, including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

- Coordinate internal processes, reporting requirements, and documentation workflows.

- Align with Samyang America and Samyang Global HQ to ensure seamless fulfillment of inventory imports.

- Support distributor order submissions, billing, onboarding, vendor coordination, internal communications, sales reporting, and meeting preparation.

- Maintain retailer partner portals (familiarity with Vendor Portal, Retail Link, LDIA, etc. is an asset).

- Own GS1 profile and product specification sheets.

- Act as the operational glue across the Canada BU, enabling smoother cross-functional alignment.

- Assist leadership with task management, follow-ups, and organizational execution to prevent bottlenecks.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple departments in insight, analytics, or operations roles.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs before they arise.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.





- Comfortable working in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments where processes evolve quickly.

- High sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

- Advanced competency with Excel, SAP, etc.

Preferred:

- Strong workflow management and prioritization capabilities.

- Ability to build structure, documentation, and repeatable processes as the organization scales.

- Thrives in multicultural, cross-functional environments.

- Contributes to organizational speed by reducing friction and improving operational clarity.

- Familiarity with NIQ, Euromonitor, Numerator, Circana, etc.

- Familiarity with Vendor Portal, Retail Link, LDIA, etc.

- Fluent in Korean is a strong strategic advantage for coordinating with HQ.
