Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and jewelry recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection and sales.
- Develop product knowledge and maintain high service standards.
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or jewelry sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred to better serve our customers.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interest in jewelry and luxury retail.
