Gravity Complete Services is growing.

We are expanding our outdoor and underground service division and are looking for an experienced, mechanically minded individual to join the Gravity team.

This is not just a septic installation position.

We are building a full-service division focused on septic systems, foundation water problems, drainage solutions and underground residential services.

The right person will have the opportunity to grow with this division and become a key part of building it across our service area.

WHAT THIS DIVISION DOES

Septic Systems

● Complete septic system installations
● Septic system replacements
● Septic repairs
● Septic bed replacements
● Septic rejuvenation
● Tank and component replacements
● Septic system troubleshooting
● Drainage and grading associated with septic systems

Foundation & Water Leak Repairs

● Foundation leak investigation
● Exterior foundation leak repairs
● Foundation waterproofing
● Crack repair
● Weeping tile repairs and replacement
● Excavation around foundations
● Waterproofing membrane and drainage solutions

Property Drainage

● French drains
● Swales and grading
● Drainage trenches
● Downspout drainage
● Sump pump discharge solutions
● Underground drainage piping
● Yard drainage solutions
● Redirecting surface and groundwater away from homes
● Excavation and grading required to correct water issues

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for someone that can come in and drive this division.

Responsibilities will include:

● Operating and working around excavation equipment




● Installing underground piping and drainage systems
● Septic installation and repair work
● Septic bed replacement and rejuvenation work
● Foundation excavation and waterproofing
● Diagnosing drainage and water problems
● Reading grades and understanding proper drainage
● Loading and maintaining tools and equipment
● Keeping jobsites clean and skilled
● Communicating with homeowners
● Documenting work completed
● Following Gravity safety and customer-service standards

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is:

● Experienced in excavation, septic, drainage, waterproofing or underground services
● Mechanically inclined
● Comfortable operating equipment
● Able to diagnose problems and come up with solutions
● Comfortable working outdoors year-round
● Physically capable of demanding work
● Professional with customers
● Organized and dependable
● Able to work independently
● Interested in building a long-term career
● Interested in helping build a growing division

Experience with septic systems, excavation, drainage, waterproofing, foundations or heavy equipment would be a major asset.

A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Gravity Complete Services is continuing to expand the services we provide to homeowners.

We want to become the company our customers call for everything involving their home’s:

Pay: $17.67-$36.93 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
