Shift: First (Day) or Second (Afternoon)

Qualifications / Skills:

- 3 years experience in any of the following areas of Electronics Manufacturing either as an Operator or Technician: SMT, Inspection, Assembly, Hand soldering, Test, Materials Kitting / Expediting, Packing / Shipping
- Ability to work with Microscopes and small components and valuable dexterity and coordination
- Strong attention to detail (required)
- Hands on experience with Test Process and Equipment or experience with SMT Process, Solder Paste, Stencils, Inspection, Soldering
- Experience operating equipment: Paste Screen Printers (Fuji), Pick and Place equipment (Fuji) Reflow Ovens, Paste Height Measurement
- IPC-A-610 (latest rev) Certification (or equivalent) including IPC Class 3
- Working knowledge of J-STD-001D, ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH, ESD, Electronics Handling, Health and Safety, WHMIS
- Ability to read Drawings, Bills of Materials, Schematics
- Skills in 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player that works well with all levels of the organization
- Professional, hard working, reliable, detail oriented

Responsibilities:





- Operator / Technician activities in Manufacturing throughout all phases of design, development and manufacturing
- Operating all applicable manufacturing or testing equipment and performing regular preventative maintenance
- Following Work Instructions, Product Quality Plans, Control Plans
- Adhering to acceptability requirements of IPC-A-610 (latest rev)
- Reporting Defects, NCM (Non-Conforming Material)
- Following all applicable ESD procedures and electronics handling procedures
- Following all applicable Safety Procedures and maintaining a clean work area
- Assisting with other duties as required
