Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Senior Financial Controller to lead our financial management and reporting functions. Duties

- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple accounts.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that provide clear insights into the company’s financial health.
- Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with senior leadership to support strategic planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and practices.




- Lead audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth review processes.
- Implement efficient accounting procedures that enhance workflow productivity while maintaining accuracy and transparency.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Senior Financial Controller or similar senior accounting role within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards including experience with account reconciliation and account analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent platforms; familiarity with multiple systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, budgeting techniques, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Prior involvement in audit preparation and working directly with external auditors is highly desirable.
