Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Booking Birthday parties and follow up with existing bookings to enhance the customer experience.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals for customer feedback.
- Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Experience




- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
