The Role

We are seeking an experienced curtain wall glazier, with a strong background in stick-built curtain wall systems, commercial glazing, and architectural aluminum installation.

This role is hands-on and suited for someone who:

- Works with accuracy and efficiency
- Understands drawings, tolerances, and sequencing
- Takes responsibility for quality, safety, and productivity on site

Key Responsibilities

- Install curtain wall systems (unitized and stick-built)
- Commercial glazing: glass, aluminum frames, entrances, storefronts
- Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and specifications
- Ensure correct alignment, tolerances, waterproofing, and finishes
- Coordinate with site supervisors, crane crews, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area
- Identify issues early and communicate solutions professionally
- Uphold high workmanship and safety standards at all times

Required Experience & Skills





- Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial glazing / curtain wall installation
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, anchors, brackets, gaskets, sealants
- Experience with European or German façade systems is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Comfortable working at heights and on large commercial sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.41-$38.20 per hour
